Additionally, I consistently track overall health metrics, including white blood cells, hemoglobin, lymphocytes, fasting blood sugar, fasting insulin, ApoB, sdLDL, 25(OH)D, IGF-1, sleep, stress levels, and HRV.
- Dietary Management: Continuing a low-carb diet is essential to managing my blood sugar levels and potentially starving cancer cells. Depending on my weight and muscle mass, I also incorporate intermittent fasting periods ranging from three to ten days.
- Supplement Integration: It is crucial to maintain the intake of natural phytonutrient supplements that support immune function and overall health. I regularly review and adjust these supplements based on the latest research and my health needs.
